What information from you is needed?

Dr Thaddeus Birchard and Associates Ltd will be known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide. Only basic personal data about you is collected, and this does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does however may include your name, email address, telephone number and home address as well as brief anonymised notes (which are stored in a locked filing cabinet in as either paper records or on an encrypted USB stick) taken during sessions or conversations.

Why this information from you is needed

Dr Thaddeus Birchard and Associates Ltd needs to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with psychological services.  Extra personal data from you which is not needed in order to provide and oversee this service to you is not collected.

What is done with your information

All the personal data provided that is processed by Dr Thaddeus Birchard in the UK.  For the purposes of secure email this information is located. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

How long is your information kept?  

Dr Thaddeus Birchard and Associates Ltd will keep your information for as long as you wish to receive a service from MCPT Ltd, and thereafter for the longer of the period (five years) required in order to meet our business, legal or regulatory responsibilities.

Dr Thaddeus Birchard and Associates Ltd would however like to continue to use your name, email address and mobile number to inform you via email and text of our future therapy services and workshops/training events that may be relevant to you.  This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone, email (including by return email to this communication).
